Ms Shapiro is a skilled and experienced counselor and advocate with over 35 years of practice in both large and small firm settings. She has represented transportation industry clients, including motor carriers and their trade associations, rate bureaus, shippers, passenger and cargo airlines, manufacturers and fabricators, airport authorities, and government contractors and their employees in federal courts and before federal agencies.
